The SCBA Toronto Chapter is a proud local branch of the Society of Chinese Bioscientists in America (SCBA), an esteemed non-profit international organization established in 1984. The Toronto Chapter serves as a vibrant hub for bioscientists in the Toronto area, fostering communication, collaboration, and engagement within the scientific community and beyond.
The SCBA Toronto Chapter Annual Symposium is a nationally recognized conference, showcasing cutting-edge advances in biomedical research and technological innovation. This prestigious event typically draws over 100 participants, including leading scientists, trainees, and industry partners. The 2024/2025 Symposium is scheduled for Friday, February 7th, 2025, at the Auditorium of St. Michael's Hospital Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute.
